Happy Holidays!

The wedding went well. I got a lot of compliments on my outfit. The only fashion faux-pas came from my mother. Luckily it was easily fixed. She had also bought a new outfit, a dress with a matching jacket. Before she left the house, she modeled it for my stepfather, who wasn't going because he had not gotten in from work until early yesterday morning (he is a long-distance truck driver) and was too tired to make the wedding. Anyway, he sleepily proclaimed her outfit fine, and she marched into the wedding with a big tag hanging off the back of her jacket, reading "I'M WASHABLE!" She thought it was funny though.

Wishing everyone a happy/merry whatever-you-celebrate and if you don't celebrate anything, just enjoy your day off tomorrow.

Edit: I just randomly have to add that I am loving Luda and Mary J's song Runaway Love, or as a few have dubbed it, "Brenda's Got a Baby 2006".
