Had a pretty good trip.

Thanks for the well wishes and prayers for my family. My father talked to the relatives in Texas and they are all safe. One of his cousins who lives in Houston got stuck in that traffic jam trying to get out. It took her 12 hours to get from Houston to Mexia, TX (near Waco). She said it was terrible, everyone had to use the bathroom on the side of the road, etc. I'm glad my family is safe but I am heartbroken over that bus explosion.

On another subject, the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger at Wendy's has gone up to $1.29. WHAT? It was only $0.99 a month ago! It's been $0.99 ever since I was 12, if not before then! Did they start making it out of gasoline? Furthermore, Subway is phasing out the Sub Club. Grrrrrrr...Maybe I ought to rent Super Size Me so I won't be so upset.

DUDE, I TOTALLY KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT THE JR BACON CHEESEBURGERS. Except it happened here like 6 months ago. I was SO pissed off. I don't know what that says about me to be upset about that and not about...you know...more important things. I still buy them, anyway, though.


I'm glad you had a nice trip, but I didn't even know you were going anywhere because I haven't really had the time to check ljs lately. :)
